Throughout our collaboration with Netafim, we developed a unique employer branding identity, refreshed their visual language with a bold new concept, and led the global implementation of their employer branding strategy. Working closely with Netafim’s international marketing team, we crafted creative content and promoted it alongside their materials, achieving impressive results while strengthening employee engagement and enhancing the brand’s global appeal.

Growing Together:

A Brand Rooted in Agriculture


Netafim approached us to create a unique brand identity and employer branding strategy. We developed a concept based on values of growth, “more,” and infused it with a bold tone and voice using agricultural jargon. The strategy highlighted the power of growing together—when we grow together, we grow more. The brand’s iconic “drop” symbol became central to the campaign, with employees taking center stage and the word “#more” amplifying the experience. 

We launched the campaign on International Selfie Day, allowing even those who weren’t in the spotlight to participate. The campaign also included designing and developing landing pages for key positions, promoted through paid channels.

After every launch comes the real work. Our challenge was twofold: positioning Netafim as an industry leader both internally and externally while fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among employees and making the company attractive to potential candidates. We developed a strategy focused on creating regular content segments with high-quality material, amplifying employee career stories, consistently using the brand slogan, and cultivating a supportive community. These efforts positioned Netafim as a leader in its field while strengthening employee engagement and creating an appealing image for many potential candidates.

A Visual Breakthrough


After a year of successful collaboration and many achievements, we flagged that the “drop” pattern had grown stale and needed a refresh. This opened the door to creative exploration, leading to the birth of the concept “From Rocky Soil to Fertile Ground,” which later became part of Netafim’s global brand book. The concept was inspired by the deep connection farmers have to the land—the foundation that drives them. By adding the element of soil to the existing water motif, we created a more grounded narrative. This new concept transformed the global brand’s visual language with fresh patterns that expanded Netafim’s story beyond the familiar “drop.”
The concept received incredible buzz and solidified our reputation with Netafim as strategic partners capable of thinking outside the box and bringing ideas to life.

Global Employer Branding:
Aligning the World

Following the success of our employer branding work in Israel and the desire to extend the methodology to different regions worldwide, we were tasked with creating a logical and visual playbook for communicating employer branding across various countries. In addition to presenting this global brand book, we were also asked to create brand guidelines for the marketing departments (unrelated to employer branding), which included prototypes and guidelines for social and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the latest updates and innovations.
Our work on the global employer branding presentation and brand guidelines further demonstrated our expertise in developing efficient branding strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Creative Collaboration:
Breaking New Ground
