When Liberty Pay set out on its journey, it had a clear vision—to give employees instant access to the wages they had already earned. We took this vision and transformed it into a brand with a sharp and compelling message, a visual identity that builds trust, and a language that speaks directly to both employees and employers. We developed a brand strategy centered around the “here and now,” designed an app and website that make the solution simple and reliable, and crafted a marketing strategy that effectively reached both B2B and B2C audiences. From concept to launch, every step of the process was built to position Liberty Pay as more than just another payment system—it’s a true financial revolution.

Money in Motion: Building Liberty Pay’s Brand Strategy

Liberty Pay set out to revolutionize Earned Wage Access (EWA), recognizing that while workplaces evolved, salary access remained outdated. We built a brand strategy focused on immediacy and accessibility, leading to the tagline “Get Paid Today”—a clear, empowering message for employees.

The logo centers on the employee, symbolizing security and flexibility, while the color palette blends trust and innovation. To balance credibility with approachability, we incorporated human-centric visuals, making Liberty Pay feel like a modern financial institution built for today’s workforce.

Designing an Experience

Building on the brand strategy, we set out to design an app that would reflect trust, simplicity, and accessibility, catering to a diverse user base. The chosen visual language emphasizes clarity and transparency, ensuring an intuitive interface that allows users to navigate effortlessly and access their earnings with ease.

The website was designed to engage both employers and employees, clearly outlining the financial challenges workers face today and the advantages of using Liberty Pay’s solution. With a strong focus on clear, impactful messaging, the site not only educates users but also drives action—whether it’s downloading the app or registering an organization for the platform. Throughout the process, we ensured that every element reinforced the idea that Liberty Pay is more than just a tool—it’s a direct path to financial well-being.

Bringing the Vision to the Right Audience

With the brand strategy in place and the app and website designed, the next step was to introduce Liberty Pay to the world. Our goal was to take the “Get Paid Today” message and turn it into a movement embraced by both employees and employers.

To achieve this, we launched a high-impact rollout campaign, followed by a long-term engagement strategy. We identified core target groups—employers, HR managers, and employees—and crafted messaging that highlighted the unique value Liberty Pay offers each audience.

Our marketing approach operated on two levels: B2B and B2C. For employers, Liberty Pay was positioned as a smart financial benefit that enhances employee satisfaction without disrupting cash flow. For employees, we emphasized instant control over their earnings. Through targeted campaigns, value-driven content, and strategic partnerships, we ensured Liberty Pay became more than just another payroll solution—it positioned itself as the leader in financial flexibility.
