Bituach Yashir (lit. Direct Insurance) is one of Israel’s biggest and most innovative insurance providers. So it was no surprise that they wanted to use an innovative way to build their employer brand. Lucky for them, we were there with a strategy to make the whole world know about their excellent employee experience, in the most direct way possible!

Coming Out with a Bang!

To kick-start their official employer brand activity, we launched the ‘Life at Bituach Yashir’ social media pages. And to hit it off with high engagement rates from employees, we first uploaded footage from the company retreat in Phuket, Thailand, so that everyone could see that this corporation is all about the fun. And to make it look more authentic – we started a photo contest that awarded the winning photo’s photographer.

Goofin’ Around

After learning about next year’s company retreat being in Paris, we decided to jump off the idea and use it for the upcoming April Fool’s prank – by calling all employees to get their French on, because Bituch Yashir is opening a new office in Paris! Okay, that’s not true, but with a realistic landing page and engagement rates that went through the roof, we believe that some of the employees actually fell for it…

As humans, the thing we most want to hear about in stories is other people’s experiences. Luckily, the human capital in Bituach Yashir is rich enough to create compelling stories to last millenia. This is why we made sure that all content segments tell the most interesting and inspiring stories of the employees that call Bituch Yashir home.
