The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media assets as well as those of its clients—leading names in the lifestyle, e-commerce, and tech industries. Practical experience in social media management, creative content writing, and ideation is essential, along with skills in shooting and editing Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital agency or marketing firm – a must.
  • Proven experience working with large brands, managing social media assets across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn – a must.
  • Practical experience in shooting and editing short-form video content (Stories, Reels, TikToks), alongside content writing and creative ideation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to extract insights and turn them into compelling and creative ideas.
  • Experience generating innovative concepts that engage audiences and drive viral success.
  • Familiarity with OBM (Owned Brand Marketing) and RTM (Real-Time Marketing) strategies.
  • Experience working with generative AI tools for content creation.
  • Passionate about the digital world, constantly staying ahead of trends.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native English speaker – advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media profiles for large brands, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including Stories, Reels, and TikToks, tailored to each platform.
  • Write compelling, creative content monthly plans that aligns with the brand’s voice and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, on-brand social media campaigns.
  • Monitor digital trends and stay ahead of industry shifts to incorporate new ideas and tactics into campaigns.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to develop content ideas and enhance creative outputs.
  • Lead the execution of OBM and RTM strategies to engage audiences in real-time and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze social media performance, extract insights, and optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Ensure all social media activities align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
